Does Crowdsweep post or reply on my behalf?+
No. Crowdsweep only reads comments and hides, unhides, or deletes them based on rules you set. It never publishes content as you.
What exactly can it access on my account?+
Only the permissions you grant at login: reading comments on your Page’s ads (pages_read_engagement), hiding/deleting those comments (pages_manage_engagement), and reading which ad a comment belongs to (ads_read). Nothing more.
Will hiding a comment delete it forever?+
Hiding is fully reversible — a hidden comment is just removed from the public thread, and you can unhide it anytime. Deleting is permanent, and we always ask before a permanent delete.
Can I review everything before it’s hidden?+
Yes. Auto-hide is opt-in per rule. Leave it off and Crowdsweep simply flags comments for you to action with one click.
How do I remove my data?+
Disconnect your account in Settings, or visit our Data Deletion page. We also honor Meta’s automatic deauthorize and data-deletion callbacks.
